- 48 hours tracked and signed £6.99
We get to work with your order straight away, however incase you need to amend the address the quickest way is to email us. Exotic Number Plates Limited does not guarantee or hold responsibility for any delays caused by the couriers. As all number plates are bespoke made, unfortunately we cannot cancel or offer a refund. Items will be considered lost 14 days after dispatch, if any delays are caused by the courier we unfortunately will not send out another set in the mean time. All our postage methods offer tracked and signed for delivery.
Damaged Goods
Here at Exotic Number Plates we are committed in sending out the finest number plates after having gone our rigorous industry standard quality checks. All number plates and orders are packaged securely, however in the unlikely event that do arrive damaged, please send us photos of the items including the original packaging. Without photographic evidence we cannot send our replacement items.

Standard Number Plates are covered by our 12 months warranty against any discolouration caused by sunlight / UV light. We also protect against lamination peel. This all
Premium Number Plates come with 18 months warranty any discolouration caused by sunlight / UV light. We also protect against lamination peel, letters and protection against adhesive.
Ultra Premium Number Plates come with 24 months warranty any discolouration caused by sunlight / UV light. We also protect against lamination peel, letters and protection against adhesive.
Returns
Bespoke and custom made number plates unfortunately are none refundable, however other items do come with a 14 days cooling off period. Items such as fixing kits, plate holders, key rings, accessories and plate holders can be canceled within 14 days of placing your order.
We charge £3.99 per plate for cancelled orders as this goes to the cost of the printed reflective which can now be no longer used and has to be safely destroyed, When you place your order the reflective personalised backing is automatically printed out when the payment button is hit, it is then left in our awaiting docs storage system until documents are received and at that point it is bonded to the plate material ie Acrylic by one of our staff at which point it becomes a finished number plate but this is only after seeing your documents, and at that point there is no cancellation of the finished plate. We can however refund the cost of your postage, accessories, and fitting kits. If your plates arrived damaged we will always re send out a new set to fulfil the order providing evidence of the damage is shown.
